Privacy Policy
Protecting your personal data matters to us. Below we explain what data we collect and how we use it.
Privacy Statement
Interno Concept d.o.o. is committed to protecting the personal data of its customers by collecting only the necessary, basic information required to fulfil our obligations; informing customers about how collected data is used; and regularly giving customers the option to control the use of their data, including the choice to be removed from lists used for marketing campaigns. All customer data is strictly safeguarded and accessible only to staff who require it to perform their duties. All employees and business partners of Interno Concept d.o.o. are responsible for upholding these privacy principles.
What data we collect
When you place an order or register, we collect: your name (or company name), address, email address, phone number, and — for B2B customers — tax ID and company details. Payment card data never passes through our systems — it is entered directly into the secure CorvusPay payment form (see Payment Security).
Purpose of processing
We use your data solely to process and deliver orders, issue invoices, communicate about your order or enquiry, and — with your consent — send marketing communications. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Sharing data with third parties
Data necessary to fulfil your order is shared only with: CorvusPay (online payment processing), delivery couriers (shipment), and, where required by law, competent authorities. All such partners are bound to the same standard of data protection.
Cookies
This site uses cookies necessary for the webshop to function (e.g. cart contents) and, with your consent, analytics cookies to track traffic. You can change your cookie preferences at any time by clearing your browser data.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time, and withdraw consent for marketing communications. Send requests to info@internoconcept.hr.
Data retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose of collection, or as required by statutory retention periods for accounting and tax records.
